Items marked as in stock are eligible for refund, if returned within 7 days of order delivery.

Items marked as made to order are only eligible for store credit, if returned within 14 days of order delivery.

Custom/special orders, including personalized and initial jewelry are non-returnable.

Due to size variation, all rings returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
