Processing Your Order
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after cut-off (2:00PM Eastern Time) will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If you need to place a rush order, please contact us before placing an order, so we can best accommodate your needs. Please note, if billing and shipping information differs, your order may be delayed or cancelled at our sole discretion. We take fraud very seriously and have a dedicated team assigned to fraud detection and prevention. Our team may contact you for additional details.
Turnaround Time
In stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. Estimated turnaround time for items not in stock is 4-8 weeks. If the item is ready before the estimated time frame, it will ship as soon as it's ready.

Please note, the estimated delivery dates shown on each product page are solely estimations based on production time for similar items ordered in the past, and should not be relied upon as guaranteed delivery dates.
- Choosing express shipping method does not expedite production time for made to order items.
Shipping Your Order
We provide free insured domestic ground shipping on all orders (U.S territories and islands not included), which is usually delivered within 2-7 business days.
Orders with multiple items will ship once all items are ready. If you would like to receive them in multiple shipments, as each item is ready, please let us know (additional shipping charges may apply).
Items that require resizing, engraving, or any other customization will take an additional 1-3 business days to process.
All packages are insured all the way to you. Orders over $750 will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone is present and able to sign for the package. If you are unable to do so, please let us know and we can arrange for you to pick up the package in one of the UPS facilities near you.
If your order is delayed in transit for an unreasonable amount of time, please let us know. We will do our best to help. However, delays caused by the shipping carrier can occur and are out of our control.
We do not ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order
Once we ship out your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. You can use it to track the package online or through the app Arrive.
