Promotion: The Summer Sale ("the Promotion") Offer: Buy one item, receive 40% off a second eligible item Sale period: Thursday, June 5, 2026 through Tuesday, June 16, 2026, ending at 11:59 PM EST

By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to the following terms.

How the offer works

1. During the sale period, customers who purchase one qualifying item will receive 40% off one (1) eligible item in the same order.
2. The 40% discount is applied automatically in the cart at checkout. No discount code is required.
3. The discount applies to one eligible item per qualifying item purchased. To receive the discount, the cart must contain at least one qualifying item and at least one eligible item.
4. The 40% discount applies only to items in the eligible sale selection. Items outside the eligible selection may be purchased at full price but will not receive the discount.

Eligibility and exclusions

5. The following are excluded from the discount and will not be discounted under this Promotion:
   • Exclusive and limited-edition designs
   • Loose diamonds and loose gemstones
   • Solitaire engagement rings and natural-diamond solitaire styles
   • Select higher-weight gold pieces
   • Gift cards
   • Prior purchases, custom orders already in production, and special orders
6. Eligible items are defined solely by Izakov Fine Jewelry and are reflected in the automatic discount applied at checkout. The discount shown in the cart is the controlling indication of eligibility.
7. Custom and made-to-order pieces follow standard production timelines (typically 4 to 8 weeks). The Promotion does not change production or delivery times.

Pricing, combinability, and limits

8. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotional code, store credit promotion, or active offer, including the first-purchase signup offer. Only one promotional discount applies per order.
9. The discount applies to the item price only. It does not apply to taxes, duties, shipping, insurance, gift wrapping, engraving, or other fees.
10. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
11. Izakov Fine Jewelry reserves the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders that it believes, in its sole discretion, are placed in a manner inconsistent with these terms or intended to abuse the Promotion.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

12. Standard return and exchange policies apply to items purchased during the Promotion. If an item purchased as part of a qualifying order is returned, the discount applied to the related eligible item may be adjusted or reversed, and any refund may be recalculated to reflect the discount actually earned on the items kept.
13. Returns of discounted items are subject to the standard return policy. Final sale items, if any, remain final sale.

General

14. The sale period and end time are as stated above. Orders must be completed and payment authorized before 11:59 PM EST on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 to qualify.
15. Izakov Fine Jewelry reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or end the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor orders placed in good faith during an advertised sale period.
16. Izakov Fine Jewelry is not responsible for errors arising from typographical mistakes, technical malfunctions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a pricing or discount error, Izakov Fine Jewelry reserves the right to correct the error and to cancel or adjust affected orders.
17. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
