REWARD PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Rewards account is activated upon signup/login.
- Gems cannot be earned or redeemed retroactively.
- Gems are not earned on Sales Tax or Shipping.
- Gems are redeemable for discounts on merchandise only.
- Gems cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gems are not transferable and accounts cannot be merged.
- Gems expire after two years.
- Tier eligibility is determined based on spend within a 24 month period.
- Izakov has the right to change rewards, guidelines, and restrictions at any time.
- Wholesale accounts cannot participate in the rewards program.
- Redeemed Gems and discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount code per order.
