Wholesale Account Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all approved wholesale customers (“Customer”) of Izakov Diamonds LLC (“Izakov Diamonds + Fine Jewelry”). By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Account Approval & Documentation

  • A valid Resale Certificate must be provided before any order can be processed.

  • Izakov Diamonds reserves the right to suspend or revoke wholesale privileges at its discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • The first order must meet a minimum purchase requirement of $3,500.

  • To maintain an active wholesale account, the Customer must purchase at least $5,000 annually.

  • If the yearly spend is not met, the account will be closed and must be reopened with a new minimum first order of $3,500.

3. Pricing

  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts logged in to our website.

  • Due to fluctuating gold and diamond prices, pricing may be adjusted at the time of order confirmation.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before shipment.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Credit card (via a credit card authorization form) – subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

    • Bank transfer / wire payment.

    • Zelle.

  • Orders will not be released until payment is received and cleared.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, and the Customer remains financially obligated to complete the purchase.

  • Failure to remit payment does not release the Customer from this obligation.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping charges will be added to each order, based on destination and preferred shipping method.

  • Risk of loss and title pass to the Customer once the order is shipped.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.

  • Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged (including damages that may have occurred in transit or were unintentionally overlooked during quality control).

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect all products immediately upon delivery for damages, missing stones, or defects.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.

  • Approved returns are eligible for repair or replacement only. Refunds are not offered for wholesale purchases.

8. Use of Images & Marketing Materials

  • Customers may only use primary product images of items they have purchased from Izakov Diamonds.

  • Secondary images and lifestyle photos may not be used, even if the item has been purchased.

  • Unauthorized use of Izakov Diamonds’ images or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Izakov Diamonds is not responsible for any loss of business, profit, or indirect damages resulting from delays, defects, or cancellations.

  • Liability is strictly limited to the replacement or repair of defective merchandise as outlined in these Terms.
