Valentine’s Day Sale Terms and Conditions

The Valentine’s Day Sale is valid on izakov.diamonds through February 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. This is a sitewide promotion applied automatically at checkout, with no code required.

Customers receive 15 percent off orders under $1500 and 20 percent off orders of $1500 or more, calculated based on the total merchandise value in a single order before taxes, shipping, and applicable fees. Only one promotional discount may be applied per order. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, welcome offers, loyalty rewards, or sitewide promotions.

The Valentine’s Day Sale applies to most products, including personalized and made-to-order jewelry. Loose diamonds, repair services, gift cards, and select excluded items are not eligible for this promotion. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the applicable product pages.

Personalized and made-to-order items require production time and may not arrive by Valentine’s Day. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page and should be reviewed prior to purchase. Izakov Fine Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns are accepted for store credit only and must be returned within 14 days of receipt, with items returned in their original, unworn condition. If an order originally qualified for the 20 percent discount and an item is returned such that the remaining order no longer meets the $1500 threshold, any store credit issued will be adjusted to reflect the 15 percent discount tier based on the final retained order value.
