Ordering
Where do you make your jewelry?
Most of our products are created locally, although some are manufactured overseas. It is worth noting that our custom designs and bridal jewelry are exclusively made in Miami, FL.
Is your jewelry made of solid gold?
Rest assured, every piece of jewelry we offer is meticulously crafted from solid 14k or 18k gold, in addition to being adorned with natural diamonds and gemstones. We take pride in using only the highest quality materials, ensuring that our jewelry stands the test of time. Please note that we do not produce gold filled or gold plated jewelry.
Are your gems and materials sourced responsibly?
Historically, the diamond industry has had connections to conflict and exploitation. However, significant steps have been taken to address these concerns. One notable measure is the Kimberley Process, which ensures that diamonds are sourced from conflict-free regions. Our procurement and polishing division follows stringent standards to maintain its status. These standards emphasize supply chain management, provenance claims, child and forced labor, and overall ethical practices.
Can I use your jewelry cleaner on all gems and jewelry?
Yes. It is safe and effective on all metals and gems including soft, porous stones like pearls and opal. Our jewelry cleaner can even be used on costume jewelry and doesn't contain any acids that will break down glue, and is safe for use on antique jewelry pieces as well. The only exceptions are Amber and Ethiopian Opal. Since Amber is a resin material and not a gem, it should only be cleaned with a soft cloth. Ethiopian opal is, meaning it absorbs water, which can lead to instability and crazing. Any moisture could contribute to problems and should be avoided with Ethiopian opals.

What payment options do you accept?
We offer many payment options; including all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, as well as cryptocurrency.
You can use Shop Pay to split your payment into installments. We also offer Klarna, which allows you to pay in 4 interest-free installments up to $1,800, and a finance up to $10,000.

Warranty & Repair
Can you repair my jewelry?
If your jewelry was purchased from us, we can definitely repair it for you.
For all repairs and warranty, please use our interactive Repairs Portal to easily submit your repair/warranty request. We offer prepaid labels at a flat rate of $8 per label ($16 total), via USPS. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an invoice for the repair cost, if applicable, along with the shipping labels cost.
Do you offer any warranty on your products?
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please visit our warranty page for additional information.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Which carriers do you ship with?
We ship most of orders with UPS within the U.S. offering Ground, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air shipping options. All orders above $750 require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured. Orders up to $200 are shipped with USPS.
For international orders, we offer both UPS and DHL for your convenience.
What is the shipping policy?
Items marked as in stock ship within 1-3 business days. Made to order items usually ship within 4-8 weeks.
Receive free and insured shipping in the U.S. (mainland) on all orders. Orders within the U.S over $2500 are eligible for free expedited shipping.

Do you ship overseas?
Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping for all our products. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. To ensure a smooth delivery, please consult your local authorities' website for any potential import duties that may be charged.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for store credit within 14 days of order receipt.
Custom orders, including initials, name plates, and custom designs are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order.
All rings will be subject to a $35 restocking fee, due to size variation.

Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If 24 hour have gone by since you placed an order, only exchanges or store credit will be available.
How do I start a return/exchange?
Please visit our Returns Portal to begin the return process. Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit.
