Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Made to order items (excluding custom, special, and personalized items):
If 24 hours have gone by since you placed an order for made to order items, only store credit will be available. Rings cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a $35 fee which will be deducted from the store credit.
In stock items:
In stock items ordered may only be cancelled if the item hasn’t shipped yet. After in stock items ship, we can no longer cancel the order.
Custom/special/personalized items:
Custom orders are FINAL sale and can only be cancelled within the immediate 24-hour period after purchase.

Returns / Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with the jewelry you purchase from Izakov. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for store credit, or exchange it for a different item. We do not provide refunds.
Items marked as in stock or made to order at the time of purchase are only eligible for store credit or exchange, if returned within 14 days of order receipt. Failure to return the item/s within 14 days of order receipt may result in our refusal to accept the return. Due to variation in size, made to order rings will be subject to a $35 restocking fee.
Custom/special/personalized items:
Custom and special orders, as well as personalized and initial jewelry are final sale and are non-returnable.
Loose Diamonds, engagement rings, and wedding bands:
Diamonds (natural and lab-grown) purchased through our Diamond Search, engagement rings, and wedding bands are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions prior to completing a purchase, please consult with one of our experts. We will be more than happy to make diamond recommendations based on your preference.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or any sort of alteration (i.e. resizing / engravings) will not be accepted for refund or store credit. Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit or refund. Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a special order and is FINAL SALE. There is a limit of two returns for store credit.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first or completing a return request through our returns portal.

We do not provide refunds.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Sale Discounts
Store credit for purchases made on discounted items during a sale will be issued based on the amount paid. In cases where a sale offers multiple discount tiers, if an order with two or more items is partially returned and the original value of the kept items falls below the discount tier threshold, the refund amount will be determined based on the lower discount tier.
Return Shipping
To begin your return, please visit our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and email used when you placed the order. Follow the steps to easily submit your return. Once we receive your return request, we will determine if it's eligible, and our team will notify you and process your request.
Please note, failure to return the item/s within 14 days of receiving your order may result in our refusal to accept your return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a shipping label and instructions for the return. The return shipping and insurance cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the credit amount. The return shipping (insurance included) cost is $19. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we've shipped the incorrect item.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your return. Jewelry showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Additional restocking fees may apply to items that are not returned with the original jewelry box.
Izakov Diamonds + Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an return/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
