Every Izakov piece is made in Miami and looked after here for life. The same hands that set your diamond are the ones that resize, repair and appraise it. Our services are reserved for jewelry made by Izakov.
Custom Design
Start with a stone, a sketch or a sentence. We design with you, from the first drawing to a rendering you approve, then cast and set the piece in solid 14K or 18K gold in Miami. Timing and pricing are agreed before any work begins.
Repurposing Heirlooms
Inherited stones carry a story. We reset diamonds and gemstones from jewelry you already own into a new Izakov design, so the meaning stays and the piece is worn again.
Repairs and Lifetime Care
Every Izakov piece is covered by our lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. For resizing, clasp and chain repairs, prong checks and polishing, begin in the Repairs Portal: submit your request, ship with our prepaid labels ($9 each way), and receive a quote after inspection. Repairs are offered for Izakov jewelry only.
Appraisals
An insurance appraisal for any piece purchased from Izakov. Each document records the metal, the stones, the measurements and the replacement value, prepared by our GIA-trained team.
Diamond Buying Guidance
Natural or lab grown, which of the four Cs matter at your budget and which do not. A private conversation before you decide, in the showroom or on video, with no pressure to buy.

Questions About Our Services
Do you repair jewelry that was not purchased from Izakov?
No. Our repair, resizing and appraisal services are reserved for jewelry made by Izakov Fine Jewelry. Pieces bought elsewhere cannot be accepted through the Repairs Portal.
How do I send a piece in for repair?
Open the Repairs Portal, describe the piece and the issue, and we send prepaid, insured shipping labels. Once the piece arrives in Miami we inspect it and send a quote before any work begins.
How much does an appraisal cost?
An insurance appraisal is $45 per piece for any item purchased from Izakov. It records the metal, the stones, the measurements and the replacement value.
Is there a warranty on Izakov jewelry?
Yes. Every piece is covered by our lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. Details are on the Lifetime Warranty page.
Can you make a custom piece or reset stones from jewelry I already own?
Yes. We design custom pieces from a stone, a sketch or an idea, and we reset diamonds and gemstones from your own jewelry into a new Izakov design. Both start with an appointment in the showroom or on a video call.
Where are you located and do I need an appointment?
Our showroom is in Miami at 3050 Biscayne Blvd, and visits are by appointment. Virtual consultations by video call are also available.
