The Heart Lab Diamond Necklace is crafted in 14k gold with five bezel-set heart-shaped lab-grown diamonds totaling 5.13 carats, graduating from 7.6mm down to 6mm. The chain is adjustable to 16, 17, or 18 inches via extenders.
