The lightening bolt necklace charm that we received was perfect and exactly what we ordered. The ordering process was very simple. It does take a bit longer for delivery as certain items are made to order and not readily in stock.

The packaging was great. My son loved how it came in not only the shipping box, but also their outer packing. Inside was Izakov's box and then inside had a black velvet bag/pouch. Then within that was a box with another velvet pouch containing the charm. It was very well packaged and protected. Great job and my Son loved everything about it and the charm is amazing!!

I love everything about this open end chain from the weight to the length. It is a perfect piece for special pendants. Only disappointment is the charm enhancer I purchased to close it and hang charms is very lightweight and keeps coming open.
